Incredible restaurant in an unexpected place. They are very attentive and thoughtful and the food is all very fresh, typical and local, with great thought put into the quality of the ingredients and their sustainability. They also have the most delicious fries I have ever had, Excellent local beers, as well as a typical dish called Berthoud that is a must-have if visiting the region.

When passing through the region in winter, we always go to “Chez Rémy” at Lac des Plagnes. The service is friendly and generous. The dishes are succulent, prepared with quality products, all local. When it's cold outside, the room immediately warms you up thanks to its fire and its cozy chalet interior. And if the sun is out, you should enjoy it on the terrace, in a calming setting. You just have to remember that the house does not take payments by credit card. Above all, make the detour, it's definitely worth it!

Very nice place, owner isn't here to make money but to make you enjoy your meal/stay. The food was amazing, you won't leave hungry
